Homestead Collection
Our Homestead Collection features 10 facades inspired by popular and emerging Australian home design styles including the Barn, Modern Queenslander and Farmhouse.
Hardie™ engineered fibre cement is made from a mixture of cement, sand, cellulose fibre, water and proprietary additives. This unique formulation has created beautiful and durable exterior cladding solutions for over 100 years.
Provides contemporary clean lines and pared-back aesthetics for homes with simple, bold forms.
Engineered to endure Australia’s toughest conditions. Hardie™ fibre cement is fire resistant and resistant to damage from moisture and termites meeting ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Offers dimensional stability resisting swelling, movement and warping.

Easy to clean and holds on to paint well. James Hardie’s range of fibre cement exterior products and interior linings are pre-sealed or pre-primed and ready to be painted in any colour.
Hardie™ fibre cement will not contribute to the spread of fire and adheres to Bushfire Attack level Requirements up to BAL40 as a standard.

Coastal Collection
Our Coastal Collections features 8 facades inspired by popular and emerging Australian home design styles including Japandi and coastal.
Designing Your Facade
Each facade in our collection is designed with 2 or more Hardie™ exterior products to ensure it meets your land design guidelines. On our Meadows facade we have used the following Hardie™ exteriors to create a Modern Queenslander facade.
Primeline™ Weatherboard Heritage is a double width weatherboard with rebated edges to create shadow lines for a traditional Queensland style.
Linea™ Weatherboard is a pre-primed horizontal weatherboard with deep shadow lines, in either 150mm or 180mm widths
Stria™ Cladding Smooth features a deep square shaped grove that creates clean and sophisticated look. The boards are available in 325mm and 405mm widths and can be install either horizontally or vertically.
Hardie™ Fine Texture Cladding is a pre-textured cement panel that is durable and lower maintenance than traditional cement render. Each 1200mm wide panel is pre-sealed and ready to paint.
Minimalist Collection
Our Minimalist Collections features 8 facades inspired by popular and emerging Australian home design styles including the Box Modern and striking Skillion rooflines.

The James Hardie Modern Homes Forecast is their annual report created to inspire homeowners to bring their visions to life and empower trade professionals to confidently build modern dream homes.
The Forecast identifies home styles designed to suit our modern lives such as Box Modern, Modern Farmhouse, Modern Heritage, Japandi, Barn, Modern Coastal, Modern Classical and Mid-Century Modern.
